Basically, it’s best to divide kitchen workspace into three parts, First one is devoted to food storage and food preparation. In this area you can easily reach all the products you need at the time, and then you can start preparing them. Sometimes it’s possible to divide this area even further – you can have separate parts for food storage and food preparation.

Anyway, this part should be organised around various processes and stages of cooking. Finally, third part should be devoted to cleaning. Very often it’s the sink that’s the very centre of cleaning – it’s normal since water is the best cleaning method available. In case of clean up area it’s best to remember that water tends to splash and spill but it doesn’t necessarily mean that this area can be a little messy.
